Director and to CBC Committee (if required by CCT
Plan of Operations). This temporary, partial
delegation is to remain in place until such time PSIS
Board and CBC re-establish a mutually acceptable
level of authority under which PSIS Board shall
continue to operate.

existing EPA Brownfields Cooperative Grant in the
amount of $200,000. Extension is to complete Phase
II sampling on the Tribes existing Brownfields sites,
the initial close-out date is September 30, 2002 the
additional 6-months will ensure the quality assurance
and quality control activities occur in compliance with
ASTM standards. Chair or designee authorized to
