the Supreme Courts decision in Brendale v. Yakama

Managing Attorney for the Office of the Reservation
Attorney’s Office.
Approve a budget modification in the amount of $38,705
for the Office of the Reservation Attorney to implement
the adoption of the New ORA Pay Scale. Funds to come
from Outside Litigation Account, no new dollars are
required.
Approve an exchange of land of 4.8 acres, more or less, of
tribal fee property for a water line easement across trust
property owned by tribal member Hazel Burke.
Approve Excavator Fuel Break Construction and Piling
Contract with NS Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of
$93,761.10. Funds provided by Keller Ridge and
McAllister WUI Projects. No tribal dollars involved.
