Approve an amount of $7,500.00 be appropriated for the use of Michael Finley and Mark McDougal for a trip to Washington DC to perform the research of North Half Lands Restoration Project. Funds to be deposited to the ORA account for distribution upon proper request to History. Approve to fund an intensive counseling retreat for tribal members identified as suffering from trauma caused by abuse which occurred during Board School residency at St. Mary’s Mission. Funds in the amount of $17,959.00 to come from the General Fund and amend the budget accordingly. Approve Amendment Five to the CCT 401(k) Retirement Plan, effective January 1, 2007, to recognize that only noncommercial employee can participate in the CCT Governmental 401(k), while recognizing the time in service for commercial employees and to authorize the Chair or designee to sign.
