NM to perform the annual audit for CCT for
FY03 per their proposal of $97,900; that scope
of work and materiality limits be approved by
CBC prior to field work commencing; that
REDW, LLC consolidate the audits of all Tribal
entities per the Single Audit Act; that the results
of the audit be presented to CBC upon
completion of the audit; and that based on
performance and at the discretion of the CBC,
REDW may be retained for an additional two

meetings and relating discussion to the Upper
Columbia River/Lake Roosevelt Site regarding
historical pollution, assessment, study, clean-up,
and Natural Resource Damage Claims. In order
to protect tribal resources, rights, tribal
communication on this issue must go through
this team using protocols developed by the team.
The team will keep the Natural Resources
Committee informed regularly and major policy
decisions will be handled through proper
committee protocol.
