FEDERAL MARITIME COMMISSION

Notice of Agreement(s) Filed

The Commission hereby gives notice of the filing of the following
agreement(s) under the Shipping Act of 1984.
Interested parties can review or obtain copies of agreements at the
Washington, DC offices of the Commission, 800 North Capitol Street,
NW., Room 962. Interested parties may submit comments on an agreement
to the Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, Washington, DC 20573,
within 10 days of the date this notice appears in the Federal Register.

Title: Tampa Port Authority/Tampa Bay International Terminals Wharfage
Incentive Agreement
Parties:
Tampa Port Authority
Tampa Bay International Terminals Inc.
Synopsis: The proposed modification extends the parties' current
wharfage Incentive Agreement through February 25, 1998.

Agreement No.: 224-201018
Title: DRS/PRPA Terminal Agreement
Parties:
Delaware River Stevedores, Inc. (DRS)
Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PRPA)
Synopsis: Under the proposed agreement, PRPA will provide certain
berthing rights as well as storage space at the Tioga Marine Terminal
to DRS for a period of sixty (60) days.
