SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA)
announces that the 1996 Correlation, based on the Harmonized Tariff
Schedule of the United States, will be available in late January 1996.
Prior assessibility may be available on the Internet via the Wide World
Web. The Office of Textiles and Apparel (OTEXA) Homepage address is
http://ita.doc.gov/industry/textiles/.
The delay in publication of the 1996 Correlation is due to a number
of changes in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule resulting from a December
1995 Presidential Proclamation.
Copies of the Correlation may be purchased from the U.S. Department
of Commerce, Office of Textiles and Apparel, 14th and Constitution
Avenue, NW., room H3100, Washington, DC 20230, ATTN: Correlation, at a
cost of $30 per copy. Checks or money orders should be made payable to
the U.S. Department of Commerce.
