ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
The Clerk’s Office in the East St. Louis Courthouse will be closed on Thursday,
August 27, 2026, for cleaning and maintenance. Pursuant to the Federal Rules of
Procedure, the public will continue to have access to and the use of the Next
Generation Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (NextGen CM/ECF), or
individuals may use drop boxes located in the courthouse lobby area. The East St. Louis
Clerk’s Office will resume normal hours at 9 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026. In the event
of an emergency, please call 618-482-9106 and leave a message.
All court settings and deadlines remain unchanged absent a specific court
order.
