Part VII. = My spouse's parents both died in August 2011. As a survivor beneficiary, my spouse received a portion of her father’s retirement account with TIAA-

CREF, which is called a Savings and Investment Plan and is listed on line 12. She also received a portion of his TIAA-CREF annuity (two contracts), which is

listed on line 14. The annuity on line 13 expired in 2017 and will not be listed next year. The distributions for lines 12 and 13 were income paid to my spouse.
