This is now located in the 510 Trust, which I have created for purposes of estate planning. In response to the Letter of Inquiry: The Toyota Motor Corp. asset was sold in its entirety in 2015, but sold in two parts. By identifying cach sale as "part," 1 mistakenly gave the impression that a portion of the asset remained. Instead, 1 mtended to convey the information that the asset was sold, in its catirety, but in two parts on two separate occasions.
