associated with religious entities need not be reported. 1 write this note in an abundance of caution, Both trusts were formed at the tail end of 2013 and had no

assests until 2014.

2. The vast majority of Fifth Third funds were used in the purchase of our California home; a small amount was transferred to commence our private Chase

account.

3. The Chase accounts mclude approximately 7K m two, separate fiduciary accounts, see Note to Section 1; our private Chase account includes monies transfered

from Fifth-Third Bank and accrual of Social Security payments,
