The value to me would be the value of my life interest, During 2006 1 transferred six tax exempt bonds into a revocable trust of which 1am trustee and over which I have complete powers of disposition. The purpose is to ensure that upon my death, as in my lifetime, the assets will be available to help pay for education. Because I retain complete control over the assets | have not listed them separately as part of a trust. As the assets have been used to pay college expenses some have been sold. The assets are listed in lines 9-12 of Part VIL In the Trust and Management Accounts the Blackrock Money Market and Liquidity Funds are the equivalent of cash. The Trustee or Fund Manager purchases and sells (deposits and withdraws) money from the Funds frequently. 1 have not listed each deposit and withdrawal and have set forth the December 31, value runges in the Management Account. Line 59 of Part VII is simply a header for the assets listed in lines 60 to 102, Trust. It was not in fact an asset of the In my Financial Disclosure Report for the year 2010 line 37 of Part VII listed McDonald.com as an asset of the “Trust and has been omitted from this report. It was an asset of the management sccount and was listed m line 86 of the Report for 2010. That Report should be amended accordingly. The March 3, 2011 Report for the PNC management account shows i sale of shares of Frontier Communications Co. for $775. Those shares had not been reported in my Financial Disclosure Report for the year 2010. 1 inquired of PNC as to the source of those shares and was informed that they were a spinoff of Verizon in a previous year.
