44 - Based upon my misunderstanding of how to properly characterize this financial product it has been incorrectly reported as an "annuity." It was purchased

several decades ago as part of a financial plan with various products. In repsonse to the Committee's inquiry as to what type of annutiy it was, 1 have consulted

with Phoenix and leamed that it was actually a life insurance policy. It has been allowed to lapse in 2018,
