Upon receipt of the letter of inquiry and further review of a recent statement from Lincoln National Insurance Company, | became aware that there was an income

during the reporting period from interest credits in relation to Part VII, line § (Lincoln National Universal Life Insurance), Consequently, leaving Part VII B(1) in

blank and indicating that the type of income during reporting period 2017 in Part VII B(2) was "none" were in error due to an involuntary oversight when | filed

the original 2017 Report. Thus, Part VIE B(1) is corrected in this 2017 Amended Report to show an amount code of "A" and part VII B(2) is corrected to show

"interest" as the type of income.
