2012 Financial Report/Investments Part VII reports two Halliburton Retirement Plans. One with No dividends (line 1) and One with Dividends (line 22-

duplicate). This was a misunderstanding of how to report the data.

2013 Financial Report/Investments Part VII has corrected the filing information for Halliburton Retirement & Savings Plan No Control to reflect the correct data

(line 1). It now shows that the Halliburton Retirment Plan has dividends and the Duplicate Halliburton Retirment Plan reported has been removed.
