Please accept this as a response to the Committee's letter of July 9, 2012.

The Committee's letter notes that my calendar year 2010 report listed "JP Morgan Short Term Bond® in Part VII, page 4, line 4, but this asset was not listed in my

most recent report, My most recent report, however, lists "IP Morgan Core Bond Fund™ in Part VII, page 4, line 6. Upon review, 1 have found that "JP Morgan

Core Bond Fund" was inadvertently misidentified in my earlier reports (calendar years 2009 and 2010) as "JP Morgan Short Term Bond.”

Please consider this us an amendment to my calendar year 2009 and 2010 reports, which should have identified the asset listed as “JP Morgan Short Term Bond" in

Part VII, page 4, line 4 in each report as "JP Morgan Core Bond Fund.”
