feature is available to me because | have a UBS Portfolio, listed in Part VII, Line 1, and a UBS IRA, listed in Part VII, Line 7. There are no other assets in this

account. All my assests are listed either under UBS Portfolio or UBS IRA.

The PR GNMA PLOO41T1936XUT093 and PR GNMA PLOT 1936XUTO94 were redeemed by UBS on August 15, 2013 with a $50,000.00 redemption. The

redeemed monies were reinvested by UBS on September 19, 2013. See Part VII, Line 5.

The PR GNMA PLOD397364X UT09Twas redeemed by UBS on December 17, 2012. The redeemed monies were reinvested in Puerto Rico AAA Portfolio Bond

Fund Inc, on 01/04/2013, See Part VII, Line 6.
