Concerning Part VII. Investments and Trusts: No income or investments existed for the 2011 time period for Stockcross or Pacific National BAnk, listed as #1 and

2 of the Calendar Year 2010 Statement. The distribution which I refer to in my Calendar Year 2010 Financial Disclosure Statement for Stockcross Ira Cash

Account has turned out to be a full liquidation. The amount which was withdrawn, as refelcted in my prior statement, left a small amount in the account which

was, ostensibly, consumed by the administrative/custodian costs. 1am informed that the account was closed between September and December 2011. They were

unable to be more precise concerning the date of closure; stating that the account was open in September and closed by December 2011. The month and date of the

distribution disclosed, which liquidated the account was March 2010. The value code remains the same and the Gain Code: A.

The Pacific National Bank IRA, referred to on line 2 of my Calendar Year 2010 Statement, no longer exists. The Bank has also ceased to exist. The account was

actually liquidated around May 2010. The actual date is unknown, as U.S.Bank has taken over and apparently has limited access to Pacific National Bank's

records of accounts closed during or prior to the transition in May 2010. My best guess is the liquidation was in May 2010. The value code: L and the Gain Code:

A
