Addendum re: Part VII:

1 have deleted The American Express One credit card money market from Part VII since it was discontinued in 2011 by American Express as an ancillary product

to our AMEX credit card, as noted previously in Part VIII of my 2011 Financial Disclosure Report.

In addition, the checking and savings accounts with Key Bank have been closed, and new checking and savings accounts have been opened at Bank of America.

Finally, Brokerage Account # |, Alliance Bernstein Wealth Appreciation, has also been closed: those funds have been transferred to the new BOA savings

account.
