Part VII. Investments and Trusts previously contained non-reportable retirement funds (previously reported in error.) They include Wisconsin Retirement System

and Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program, which are maintained and controlled by a former state government employer (Wisconsin) and fell under the

instruction on page 47 of the filing instructions. Although the instructions indicate that the individual funds need not be listed, 1 was advised by the Committee in

2006 to continue listing the funds rather than remove them. 1 have now chosen to remove them as non-reportible.
