Lines 11 and 14 correspond to LearningQuest section 529 plans. The funds in these plans are invested in index portfolios. The index portfolios are composed

of stocks and bonds. Therefore, the index portfolios produce income in the form of dividends, interest, and capital gains. The statements | receive from

LearningQuest do not show amounts of dividends, interest, or capital gains, Nor do the statements show amounts distributed. Rather, the statements show the

value of the index portfolios over time. Tn the absence of information about income, I have calculated the income during the reporting period in column B(1) by

subtracting the value of cach index portfolio at the beginning of the reporting period from the value of the portfolio at the end of the reporting period.

Line 7 reports a holding of the common stock of Apple Inc. Shares of this stock were also held throughout the 2015 year. My 2015 report overlooked a purchase

of additional shares of this stock. The purchase was made on August 26, 2015. The value of the transaction was in the $15,000-or-less range. Please accept these

statements about the additional purchase of the stock of this company as an amendment to the 2015 return.
