in Section VII, Investments & Trust. Based on the 2020 assessed value by the Valley County Assessor, I have allocated one-half of the assessed value of the land,
or $46,050.00 to the rental cabin, plus the full assessed value of the rental cabin, or $107,006.00, for a total assessed value of $153,056.00.
