page 42 of the filing instructions.

In 2019. we discovered that my defined benefit pension plan with my former law firm, O'Melveny & Myers, required a cash contribution in the amount

of $303,109. When I withdrew my pension from the firm's plan, that amount was withheld and counted as the cash contribution. Although the funds were

never paid to me, this paper transaction was treated as a taxable distribution, so out of an abundance of caution, this note should be considered an amendment

to Part IIT A. of my 2018 report.
