The Airfare, 1 Nights Lodging, Meals and Transportation to and from the Airport were reimbursed by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
(2) NCBJ:
The Airfare, 1 Nights Lodging, Meals and Transporation to and from the Airport were reimbursed by the General Authorization Fund -- Judges Training (Federal
Funds). This was authorized by the Court in order to attend the Judges' Roundtable for training purposes.
1 Nights Lodging was reimbursed by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
