trusts (Trust #1a and Trust #1b). The value/income in Part VII, entry 3 is that of Trust #1, not of the individual filer. Trust #1a and Trust #1b had no income/
value in 2018 as the terms of Trust #1 calling for distribution of Trust #1 assets to Trust #1a and Trust #1b had not yet been executed in 2018. I have a beneficial
interest in the foregoing trusts.
