In regard to the letter from the Committee dated August 6, 2020, Line 5 in Part VII should have been listed as APPLE STARS. However, I spoke with my
Investment Advisor and was informed that this investment, which was bought on 06/11/2015, was a one-year note that reflects the value of Apple stock. The note
matured on 06/17/2016 with a value of $15,000 or less. As of the beginning of this year, I do not own any of these types of investments.
