1. Part VII: The asset listed as UBS Dynamic Alpha Fund was sold on 11/19/07. My 2007 report erroneously listed a partial sale rathher than a sale on 11/19/07

That error was carried over by including the asset in the reports for 2008 and 2009. The asset is not listed in the 2010 report.

2. Part VII: IRA #1 had minor additional income as follws: An asset formerly owned named R&D Partners is still being wound up and a small distribution

in connection with winding up its affairs were received on 12/21/10. The distribution was associated with an unvalued interest called Genzyme CPR. The

distribution had income code A.

3. Part VII: Regarding both IRA accounts: As in years past, reinvestments of income into the same fund are not listed as transactions and the total value of each

IRA is listed in lieu of separately listing the value of each mutual fund held within each IRA.
