are made to the fund, which purchases, manages and sells assets on a rolling basis. At the direction of the filer, a tuition payment was made by the fund manager

Fidelity directly from the fund to an educational institution one time during the reporting year. To establish liquidity for that titon payment, Fidelity sold some of

the assets on the date identified on line 1.
