HTGP&B Investments owns an office building in Fairbanks, Alaska, which was last fully appraised in August of 2004 at $2,400,000. A subsequent modified

appraisal in December of 2006 was $2,300,000. It is estimated now to be 10% to 15% less. Ihave a 9.7% interest in this investment. The income to me this year

represents a capital distribution received from rent.
