Part I: Resigned from the following positions during calendar year 2006: Oklahoma Academy for State Goals (11/06); Crowe & Dunlevy (08/06); and Vice

President & Governor, Oklahoma Bar Association (08/06). Ceased service as Director, Oklahoma County Bar Association, effective December 31, 2005. With

effective distribution of Estate #1's assets in or around the summer of 2005, and after finalizing certain Estate affairs, Filer ceased service as Personal

Representative around the very end of December 2005 or early January 2006. Not a Director of Prevent Blindness Oklahoma during the reporting period

Part VII, Line 1

Certain Bank of Oklahoma accounts reported on Line I of Filer's Initial (Nominee) Financial Disclosure Report were mistakenly believed to be

income-producing accounts and, consequently, because their monetary value exceeded the reporting threshold, they were listed. In fact, Filer's sole

income-producing account which is located at Bank of Oklahoma does not satisfy the reporting criteria and thus is omitted

PartV1l, Line 2: In or about the summer of 2005, the Estate # | bank accounts were closed - the sole remaining undistributed asset of Estate # 1 - and the contents

of those acccounts were distributed that summer (shortly after closing the accounts) to the Estate beneficiaries. Therefore, Estate # 1 -- listed on Line 2 of Filer's

Initial (Nominee) Financial Disclosure Form -- has been omitted from this Part.
