Line 22 of Part Vil: Weatherford NB, Weatherford, Texas, became First Financial Bank some time in 2009.

Lines 28 through 49 of Part VII: Each listed property interest is in the State of Texas and is the county named immediately following the identification of the

property interest.

Line 29 of Part VII: This interest was previously reported as a royalty. The production from a Freestone County interest was thought to be attributable to this land

but that was in error. The production is from the interest set out on line 30.
