refinanced my house and pulled approximately $130,000 in equity out of my house to take advantage of what I perceived to be an undervalued stock market. |

thercfore placed $100,000 of those funds into the Vanguard Money Market Fund on February 3, 2009, and the following day -- February 4, 2009 -- [ invested that

moncy in the various Vanguard Funds described on lines 11-14 of Part VII of this report. That was the source of the money to fund the purchases of’ these new

mutual funds.
