In ordinary leadership transition, Filer's duties as Chair of Board of City Rescue Mission (line 1 of 2006 Form) ended in approximately Sept. 2007. Filer still serves on the Board of Directors of City Rescue Mission (line I 2007 Form). Part I, Line 5, page 1: Filer joined the Board of Directors of American Heart Association in approximately Sept. 2007. Part V: Listed on Line I of Filer's 2006 Form is a Federal Bar Association gift; it was a one-time gift for Filer's investiture ceremony. Accordingly, that gift is omitted from the 2007 Form. Filer had no other reportable gifts for 2007.
