Re: VII, Item 14. This item reflects a 1/8 interest in a 3 year Oil and Gas Lease with Downing-Nelson Oil Company, Inc./Rega West. There was no income

generated from this lease in 2006.

Re: VII, Item 16. This item is a result of a priorinvestment in Panda Project, Inc. Panda Project, Inc. had no value in the past, and was thought to be out of

business. Subsequent to last year's filing, I became aware of the fact that Panda Project, Inc. actually was still in existence, and in factacquired, in a reverse

acquisition, the stock of Coda Octopus, Ltd. Based upon the aforementioned, I am including my new ownership in Coda Octopus, Ltd. on this report.
