The First Investors Insured Tax Free Fund A reported in my 2007 report is closed. The funds were redeemed in 2007.

The Trust Fund reported in Section VII item 18 was established by Ell. In 2008 a portion of the Trust assets were distributed. My share was deposited in

my First Investors and other bank accounts.

The First Investors Fund for income (item #5 in Section VII) and First Investors Government Fund have been fully redeemed and are closed.

The legal organizations reported in Section I have bank accounts that are maintained for organization expenses.
