PART VI. LIABILITIES: The Chase Mortgage which was listed in my last report is not disclosed in this report because it secured the Oakland California rental

property which was sold during the last reporting period.

PART VIL. INVESTMENTS/TRUSTS: I have listed the Pcie National Bank IRA account once in this report. Last reporting period, I separately identified

certificates of deposit which were purchased from Pacific National Bank. I have since purchased additional Certificates of Deposits during this reporting period

using funds transferred from my Stockcross IRA into the Pacific National Bank IRA account. Based upon my understanding of the instructions, I have

aggregated the amount of the deposits which are located in this bank and disclosed the cumulative value and income.

I tried, unsuccessfully, to document the transfer from Stockcross to Pacific National Bank under D (1). Although the box for inputting the transferee information

appears in response to checking "Dispositions", the program would not allow me to input the name. I was able to identify the cumulative amount transferred to the

Pacific National Bank IRA, however.
