of Michigan, my former employer. The dividends on each fund are not reported.

Only “earnings” are listed which arc defined as “investment gain or loss for each fund. These amounts reflect positive and negative changes in market

value.” I have indicated “none” for dividends on these funds.

The Deferred Compensation Plan no longer carries the Franklin Mutual Beacon Fund and the Plan “mapped” the funds into the Lord Abbett Mid Cap

Value fund. The Plan calls this "mapping" and does not list it as a sell or buy, nor is there any change in value.
