2. The Enpower sccounts had two transactions in 2018; the first was on July 2, 2018 and the second was on August 21, 2018, $24000 and $30000 respectively.

The 2019 annual report will show that this account has been redeemed in its entirety. These funds were used to pay the college expenses for 3 sons who are in

college and law school, as well as some living expenses.

3. The State Farm Bank Checking and South State Bank checking accounts were closed, the money wis moved to the Suntrust Account, and the funds were used

for home improvement expenses as well us college expenses for JIN . and some was used for living expenses.
