for the equivalent shares in different mutual funds. The exchanges were as follows: On April 2, 2018, all shares held in the Fidelity OTC Portfolio were

exchanged for an eqivalent number of shares in the Fidelity OTC Portfolio Class K. On August 1, 201%, all shares held in the T Rowe Price Blue Chip Growth

Trust were exchanged for an equivalent number of shares in the T Rowe Price Blue Chip Growth Trust Class T6.
