sponsored retirement account. It was closed during the reporting period and all assets were rolled over to Fidelity Indpendence Fund, a roll-over retirment

account, noted on Line 13. This occured as a result of retirement from employment with HCA. There was no gain or loass on the transaction and there was no

income camed during the reporting period for the HCA account.
