This year | realized that, in my prior disclosure reports, 1 had been mcorrectly mcluding as income on certain investments delineated in Part V1I(b) what m fact

was merely undistributed increases in the values of those investments. Thus, for example in the 2012 Financial Disclosure Report, | listed: Item 2 - Fidelity

Rollover IRA: DWS Capital Growth CL A, Item 4 - Los Angeles County 401(K), and Item $ - Los Angeles County 457 Plan; and correspondingly included as

income amounts in Part VII(B)( 1) the following codes: Ttem 2 - "C™, Ttem 4 - "E™, and Item 5 - "D". While the worth of the investments did rise in the amounts

indicated, because 1 did not sell or receive any sums from those investments but merely experienced an increase in the value of those items, 1 did not get any

mcome from those mvestments during the indicated period. Therefore, rather than putting any amount code in the Part VIB 1) column, | should have left it

blank for those items, and in the Part VIB) 2) column (for type of income) have designated “none.” The entries as to investments for the 2013 period reported

herein are correct.

In regards to Part | (Positions), 1 am a co-trustee along with my [000 as to our 50000 inter vivos trust. My S000 is still alive and said trust contains no

income producing or reportable assets but does have items such as her residence and personal property.
