Accordingly, this report is denominated an “annual report™ rather than an “itial report.” The new address of my new duty station is noted m this section. Part 1l--Agreements 1 was previously an employee and partner in the Bangs McCullen Law Firm, during which time 1 became vested in the pension plan maintained by the law firm, My contributions to teh Bangs McCullen pension plan are still in that plan. The investment of my own contributions to this fund are entirely self-directed by me. 1 cannot add to my pension account with Bangs McCullen. The investments 1 hold in the Bangs McCullen pension plan are disclosed in Part VII of this report. As a part-time magistrate judge | was allowed to conduct private mediations. 1 conducted some private mediations in 2012. 1 did not conduct any private mediations in any year besides 2012, 1 became a full-time magistrate judge on 10/16/14, Tam no longer allowed to conduct private mediations as a full-time magistrate judge, so this item will not appear on any future report. Part Vil-Investments & Trusts 1 had an TRA which was sold in 2013. Tt was not in existence in any part of 2014 and so does not appear on my 2014 report, PI did not live with me for any portion of 2014.
