such a desigantion, | have, for the sake of simplicity used the description “dividends™. All mutual fund dividends are automatically reinvested in the same fund.

Regarding VII: Inverstiments and Trusts, column 17- inprior years this asset was listed as First Sun America LIC (annuity). As of 1/1/2012 the name wwas

changed to US Life Western Ntl (fixed annuity) as now listed. | had overlooked this change in past years reporting. Nothing has changed other then the name.
