situation was covered by an "agreement" rather thun being a feature of the initial job compensation program. However, | have this year made an inquiry with the

Committee on Financial Disclosure, Administrative Office of the U.S, Courts on the subject, and was advised to so include that item in Part I, which | have now

done. Twill not be cleigible to receive any monthly allowance from that plan until 2013,
