During 2014, SEIN died and | was named independent executor of the deceased JIN in the will. It was a simple will and small estate, with

the sole beneficiary under the will being another

As independent executor, I merely executed conveyance instruments

on behalf of the deceased, conveying the assets (bunk accounts, vehicle, real estate, promissory note) of the deceased to the sole beneficiary under the will. The

sole beneficiary under the will was SERN . who also SEIN the assets with the deceased. No assets or accounts were ever managed by me

nor were they ever titled in my name us independent executor or the decedent's estate: as independent executor | just executed conveyance instruments to the sole

beneficiary under the will who was also the Jill owner of the assets. The conveyances were completed by December 14, 2014.
