Part VII, Line 2 is an amendment to clarify my Financial Disclosure. This annuity was madvertently listed as "part sold” in 2008 and 2009. 1 cashed out this

annuity in 2008, but the annuity paid out for a period of five years. When | contacted the Committee in 2010 to confirm how to continue to report this annuity,

1 was under the impression at that time that since the annuity was liquidated in 2008 no further reporting was required. Out of an abundance of caution, I am

amending the report to reflect that 1 have been repaid a portion of principal and dividend in 2010 and 2011 on the same basis as reported in 2009, in case 1 erred in

my impression or understanding of the instructions given me. The amount of income description listed in Part VII, Line 2, 7B(1) is the same for 2010 and 2011 as

for 2009.
