The undersigned has been a signatory for some time and was recently reminded of these facts when opening a safe deposit box at bank of America in March 2016. ~The Templeton Value Fund, American Funds Growth Fund, and S.A. Legg Mason BW, Large Cap Value Fund were inadvertently omitted from the list of assets held inside Family Trusts #3, #4, and #5 on last year's financial disclosure form. ~The Family Trusts #3, #4 and #5 listed in section VII hold assets inside a variable annuity. As such, dividend and capital gain distributions paid from the underlying assets (also reported in Section VII) are not disclosed on the statements for these annuities.
