My Morrsion & Forester account was a mandatory retirement account for all firm partners. The monies were withdrawn by

the firm from each partner's distribution and placed in a pool with contributions from all partners firmwide and then placed

in two funds -- the Morrison and Foerster SRP I Holdings and Morrison and Foerster SRP Holdings II. I did not have any

ability to direct where the monies were held or have any input of any kind with regard to the assests that made up the funds.

In 2016, the firm decided to terminate these accounts and liquidate the assests held therein. Each partner was given until

December 31, 2016 to liquidate their respective share. I liquidated my share in March 2016.
