is provided. In addition, the gross value of the benefit distributions received in this filing year are reported as Non-Investment Income in Part [11-A of this report,

and the Agreement with regard to benefit distributions has been, is, and will continue to be reported in Part 11 of this report, This asset will be deleted from Part

VII in subsequent filing years,
