Please see Part VII of this report. | have amended the name of the mutual fund. This 1s a fund which | have held for many years prior to commg to the federal

bench. The problem with my report is that while the fund has not changed, and unfortunately the value has not significantly changed, there have been changes in

the name of the fund. According to the Transamerica website, the fund has been renamed three times in the last four years. 1 have also contributed to this problem

in that I have incorrectly listed the name at times, becoming confused by the changing statements recieved by the company. The correct name for 2013 is now

listed. The fund was renamed in July 2014 so I will nned to remember to do this again on my next report.
