is F/B/O J. Monthly payments are made to the fund, which purchases, manages and sells assets on a rolling basis. At the direction of the filer,

tuition payments were made by the fund manager Fidelity directly from the fund to an educational institution four times during the reporting year. To establish

liquidity for those tuiton payments, Fidelity sold some of the assets on the four dates identified on lines 1-4.
